Here’s how it works:
When you bring your items in, we will select what our customers will buy. Sometimes there will be items we cannot sell. Please understand that our customer’s preferences must be our selection guidelines.

• Items must be freshly cleaned or laundered and damage free.
• All items must be better to designer labels.
• All clothing must be currently in style.
• The Recycled Closet accepts teenage/ young adult trend clothing, accessories.
• Clothing items should be folded neatly in shopping bags or on hangers.
• The consignment period will be for 6 months beginning on the date the items are brought in. After which all unsold items will be donated
• Any article accepted and later found to be damaged or otherwise not sellable will be removed from the sales floor and donated.
• The Recycled Closet reserves the right to reject any items we feel to be not sellable and return or reduce any item not meeting our consignment requirements.
• The Recycled Closet has the sole right to price items. If you have an item of particularly high value please bring it to our attention.
• We reserve the right to reduce the price at any time during the consignment period. Articles will be subject to promotional and end of season sales.
• The consignor agrees that they will receive 40 percent of the selling price.
• Checks will be available for the consignor to pick up at any time within the 180 day consignment period.
• The Recycled Closet is not responsible for fire, theft, or damage while merchandise is in the store.
